Nice Foods

Nice Foods

Nice Foods, on Middle Street near the bridge just off Heritage Square, is open again after a redecoration. Sally & I like to have lunch here, the rotis are good and the hot platters are filling and cheap. We each had a plate of meat and rice with vegetables (I had a liver currie, she had stewed beef) she had fruit juice and I had a Hairoun Beer, and the whole thing cost 16ECD (6USD). It certainly is "nice", and now it is attractive, too.

E. T. Joshua Airport

E.T.Joshua Airport, named after a past chief minister, is the principal entry to
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. As you can see, the airport is surrounded by hills and is primarily suited to smaller planes. This makes it necessary to change planes at least once on the way down and the inconvenience makes for less tourism. A new airport, to be built to international standards, will be built at Argyle over the next few years.

There are other picturesv of the airport at
